The drying oven’s capacity may vary depending on the product’s input and output moisture levels, with an average capacity of approximately 150± kg/hour. All raw materials used in the manufacturing process are tested and certified according to European quality standards, ensuring durability under heavy industrial conditions. The entire drying oven is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel. During operation, the product is transferred on a five-layer moving perforated stainless-steel conveyor, which allows hot air to circulate freely above and below the product surface. Conveyor movement is driven by a reduction gear system and an RPM control unit, while side safety rails prevent overflow. The control panel offers flexible adjustment of speed, temperature, and humidity settings. This machine is suitable for drying almost all types of fruits and vegetables, including pears, apples, pineapples, dates, figs, and grapes. The drying unit features a single high-performance gas burner that provides a powerful and consistent heat source. Drying temperature can be precisely adjusted as needed. The system is equipped with air circulation technology that maintains the product’s natural aroma and flavour integrity throughout the process.
