The OS-170 is a small-scale industrial conveyor roasting machine designed for small shops and R&D units. Thanks to its aesthetic and impressive design, it also provides great convenience for producers to showcase their products in showrooms. Since the OS-170 is an electric model and contains no fossil fuels, it does not emit harmful smoke and is safe for use in small shops. Despite its compact size, the OS-170 conveyor nut roasting machine is equipped with an advanced programmable control device (PLC) and electronic system. In the electric nut roasting oven, the product is transported on an AISI 304 stainless steel conveyor. This fully electric, eco-friendly machine is integrated with high-resistance tubes to generate heat inside the chamber. The heating tubes feature a spiral design to increase the surface area of the heating zone.
