he OS 1100 Blanching Machine is used for blanching or removing the outer membrane of the dried or roasted peanuts and hazelnuts. The machine has two food grade patterned silicone blanching pads – one stationary and one rotating for blanching. The blanching pads are stabilized by connecting them to the main chassis for the robust functioning even during vibrations.
