The OS 1410 is driven by a powerful motor in a direct drive mode instead of a coupling between the motor and the blades. The mixer is incorporated with a customized variant of ribbon blades with pairs rotating in opposite direction to mix the product homogenously. The blades of OS 1410 are carefully designed with just enough thickness and sharpness to swiftly mix the product but wouldn’t damage the product or cause unwarranted harm to the user during the maintenance procedures. The position of the blades is carefully calibrated to make sure it covers the entire product and is evenly mixed.
